1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Fishing Moments application (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Fishing Moments provides fishing activity forecasts based on environmental data including weather conditions, solunar periods, and species-specific biological models. The App is intended for informational and entertainment purposes only.

3. Forecasts Disclaimer

Fishing forecasts are estimates based on scientific models and environmental data. They do not guarantee fishing success. Many factors influence fish behavior beyond what can be predicted. Use the forecasts as a guide, not as a guarantee. We are not responsible for unsuccessful fishing trips.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Free Version

The free version of Fishing Moments provides access to current-day forecasts with limited features.

Premium Subscription

Premium subscriptions are available as monthly or yearly auto-renewable subscriptions. Subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple’s terms and conditions.

  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
  • Subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings

Refunds

Refund requests must be directed to Apple, as all payments are processed through the App Store.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and data models in Fishing Moments are the property of Anthony Expert. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use the App in compliance with all applicable laws
  • Not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the App
  • Not use the App for any commercial purpose without written permission
  • Respect local fishing regulations and licensing requirements in your area

7. Limitation of Liability

Fishing Moments is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App.

We are not responsible for:

  • Accuracy of weather data provided by third-party services
  • Fishing outcomes based on App forecasts
  • Any loss of data stored locally on your device

8. Safety

Always prioritize safety when fishing. Check local conditions, wear appropriate safety gear, and follow local regulations. The App’s weather data is not a substitute for official weather warnings.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Foix, France.
